For carports, you can choose to calculate the surcharge based off just the base price and/or other building options. You can also designate whether it’s taxable and if it should be included in Dealer Deposit.

In the Amounts section, you can add the surcharge percentage and/or add a flat fee amount. You can also round it to 0 or to other custom $ amounts.

In the Vary changes by section, You can also add surcharge conditions. For example, all buildings get a 10% surcharge except buildings with vertical roofs get a 20% surcharge.
