For carports, you can choose to calculate the price adjustment based off just the base price and/or other building options. Depending on the categories you select in the Calculation section, the price of those line items will be adjusted based on the percentage amount set in the Amounts section. In the example below, all line items except for Services (i.e abor fees) will be increased by 10%.

In the Vary changes by section you can add certain conditions. In the image below, the price adjustment will be 10% on all line items listed in the design for all buildings except in the Blue Book region. If in the Blue Book region, the line items will be adjusted by 20%.
